Ifejola Ilupekun is an experienced human capital development and service excellence professional with extensive experience in organizational effectiveness, workforce productivity improvement, customer service management, and training facilitation. 

She began her career in the banking sector, where she held strategic responsibilities in service quality management and customer experience improvement initiatives. Tonye Briggs is a certified leadership trainer, organizational development professional, and project management specialist with over twenty years of progressive professional experience. He is a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Trainer, a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and a Certified Miller Heiman Sales Consultant. He holds qualifications in Electrical Engineering, Human Resource Management, and Design Thinking.

Tonye has designed and delivered learning and organizational development interventions across several countries including Ghana, South Africa, Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, and the United Arab Emirates. Nsikan Udo is an experienced programme management and organizational development professional with practical expertise in capacity building, project coordination, monitoring and evaluation, and institutional development.

He holds qualifications in Programme Management as well as a Master's Degree in International Law and Diplomacy. Nsikan

has participated in and facilitated several capacity-building and organizational support engagements covering areas such

as programme management, participatory monitoring and evaluation, organizational development, financial advisory for

Prof. Joe Duke II is a distinguished management consultant, academic, and organizational development specialist with

over twenty-five years of consulting, research, and executive development experience. He is certified by the Institute of

Management Consultants of Nigeria (IMCON) and the Centre for Management Development (CMD). He is also a Professor of

Management and a member of several professional and academic bodies including the Academy of Management

Nigeria and the African Studies Association. Prof. Duke II has served as a Senior Fulbright Scholar/Fellow and was previously a Visiting Fellow at the Harvard Business School.
